Our previous collaboration as interior designers with Granoff Architects led to the development of a strong relationship, which ultimately paved the way for our joint venture in designing The Modern.

Granoff Architects provided us with the floor plans, ceiling plans, and heights, while the design of the kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and lobby was left to our expertise. Following brief concept meetings, we agreed upon a direction, and I proceeded to create the designs

In this scenario, we handled the entire design process, specifying and getting quotes ready. Subsequently, the project was managed internally and in collaboration with the developer. The outcome was highly successful, with 75% of the units sold prior to completion.
