After observing the construction of The Modern On Fieldpoint, developers discovered Mari B Interiors and subsequently reached out. Our priority was to design the main areas – the master bathroom, kitchen, and living room – along with all architectural details, to expedite the rendering process for the Sotheby's listing. Following that, we crafted the remaining elements of the house, including bathrooms, fireplaces, vanities, millwork, wine cellar, and Poolhouse.

We collaborate within your budget to design, specify, draw, and fully quote each item for procurement. Subsequently, we oversee and track the process through installation.
