With a background as a graduate from FIT, followed by a decade of experience in New York City, Mari established herself within some of the city's top design firms. She then opened her business, and created a presence in Greenwich over the past eight years.

It was the collaboration with Granoff Architects when working on The Modern, that triggered this direction and Mari’s love for design- build. Applying what she has been inspired by over the years, as a hobby, Mari dedicates her free time to her own off-grid design- builds, creating miniature sanctuaries for people to relax and rejuvenate in nature
