This wellness and lifestyle client hired Mari B Interiors to not only design their first white box space, but also to develop the concept and branding for this start up company. With multiple locations on the horizon, MBI commissioned noir.nyc to develop design and branding simultaneously and form the design concept that could be easily recreated in all manor of the later stores, regardless of size, shape and location. Millwork was designed and finishes were selected with “roll-out” capability in mind. 

For this project, MBI was responsible for producing the floor plan, demolition and construction plans, electric and lighting plan, as well as designing and producing shop drawings for the stores millwork and storage, tailor made to suit this specialty industry’s regulations and flow requirements.  

Concrete, neon and mirrored surfaces were the basis for the scheme. MBI created several interesting design features with a creative use of light in the public and private areas.
