This Greenwich Village pied-à-terre was designed for the client to enjoy during her trips to New York City to attend the Opera.

Detail bespoke designs were applied to this basic shell of a space. Standard closets were transformed into mirrored feature walls, concealing the storage. Basic sash windows were adorned with thoughtfully designed casings and radiator covers beneath. Decorative artists were engaged to work their magic on all the doors, turning the mundane into the fanciful. Faux finishes applied beautiful textures to all the walls and a stained glass window was custom designed for the bathroom.  18th and 19th century antiques were used throughout this project creating the opportunity to combine old and new.
